What we think of God is the most important thing about us, so perhaps no doctrine has been opposed more than the Trinity. This Christian teaching affirms that one God is, in fact, three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Opposition is partly because the word “Trinity” does not appear in the Bible, though its teachings permeate Scripture. Presentations below provide evidence for monotheism and the deity of the three persons of the Godhead. The final presentations show how to prove the Trinity and how the Church grew to understand this vital doctrine better.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
